How DTF Transfers Work

Digital Printing
Your full-color artwork is printed onto a specialized clear PET film using pigment-rich inks and white underbase layers.
Adhesive Curing
A melt-powder adhesive is applied and heat-cured to the back of the print, creating a strong binding layer for garments.
Heat Press Application
The film is precisely aligned on the garment and fused using high-pressure commercial heat presses at exact temperatures.
Peel & Final Post-Press
The carrier film is removed, followed by a final post-press seal that locks the transfer into the garment fibers for wash durability.
