Artwork & Color Separation
Your design is broken down into individual spot colors. Each color requires its own high-resolution film positive.
Screen Burning
Emulsion-coated mesh screens are exposed to UV light, burning your design cleanly into the screen template.
Manual Registration & Press Setup
Screens are micro-aligned on our Vastex 1000 press, and custom ink colors are hand-mixed to match your design.
Print & Heat Curing
Inks are hand-squeegeed onto each garment and passed through a conveyor dryer at 320ยฐF for maximum wash durability.
