Your artwork is converted into a high-precision digital stitch file (.DST) mapping out pathing, thread direction, and stitch density.
Sewout Approval
We run a physical sample stitch-out on fabric to ensure clean letter clarity, perfect alignment, and color accuracy before full production.
Precision Hooping & Production
Garments are hand-hooped with backing stabilizer and loaded onto our Tajima TFMX-IIC1502 multi-head machines for exact placement.
Trimming & Quality Control
Every piece is hand-trimmed, inspected for loose threads, steamed, and packaged so your gear arrives retail-ready.

Digitizing & Artwork Guidelines
- Clean High-Res Artwork: Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) or high-resolution images (.PNG, .JPG) work best.
- Text & Line Thickness: Minimum text height of 0.25 inches (6mm) is required for readable stitched letters.
- Existing DST Files: If you already have a digitized embroidery file, upload it with your quote for fast setup!
- Digitizing Support: No DST file? Our in-house team handles full logo digitizing for your order.
