Customer-Supplied Garments:
LP Custom Tees is not responsible for any spoiled, damaged, or defective garments provided by the customer. We recommend inspecting all items prior to drop-off to ensure they meet your expectations.
Case-by-Case Acceptance:
LP Custom Tees accepts customer-supplied garments at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any garment that we determine may be unsuitable for printing, embroidery, or other decoration methods.
Manufacturing Risks:
While we maintain high standards in our production process, certain mishaps—such as broken needles, thread breaks, machinery malfunctions, or other uncontrollable events—can occur. LP Custom Tees is not liable for any damage resulting from these manufacturing risks.
Human Error Clause:
Despite our commitment to precision and professionalism, human error is an inherent possibility in any manual production process. LP Custom Tees cannot guarantee flawless execution on customer-supplied goods and is not responsible for replacing garments affected by such errors.
No Replacement Guarantee:
LP Custom Tees does not offer reimbursement or replacement for any customer-supplied garments, regardless of the reason for damage or spoilage.
Consent to Policy:
By providing your own garments and placing an order with LP Custom Tees, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Supplied Goods Policy.
