LP Custom Tees: Online Store Terms & Conditions


1. No Upfront Costs & Services

  • There are no upfront costs to build or host your custom online store.
  • Your store will remain open 24/7/365 unless a specific "Flash Store" end date is requested.
  • LP Custom Tees handles all payment processing and fulfillment.


2. Artwork & Approvals

  • Our design team will provide custom store art within 7 business days of receiving your request.
  • Production begins only after the Client provides final digital approval of the artwork.
  • Clients may submit existing logos or ideas in any format; our team will optimize them for high-quality printing.


3. Fundraising & Payouts

  • Profit Threshold: Monthly payouts are issued once total organization profits reach a minimum of $100.
  • Payment Schedule: Profit checks are mailed between the 15th and 20th of the month following the sale.
  • Markup: Organizations typically set a profit of $5.00 per item, though this can be adjusted during the setup phase.


4. Shipping & Distribution

  • Direct Shipping: Orders are printed on demand and shipped directly to the customer's address.
  • Free Local Pickup (Group Orders): If requested, orders can be bagged and bulk-shipped to the organization for free local distribution.
  • Coordinator Notification: For group orders, the designated coordinator will be notified once all orders have been bagged, sorted, and are ready for pickup or delivery.
  • Production Timelines: * Stores with a Deadline: Production is typically 2-3 weeks after the store deadline or event date.
    • Regular/On-Demand Stores: Production time is typically 7-10 working days.
  • Event Dates: While we strive to meet all event deadlines, the Client must notify us of specific dates during the initial signup.


5. Inventory & Returns

  • Out of Stock Items: Occasionally, specific items may go out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact the individual customer directly to offer suitable replacement options.
  • Returns: Because items are printed on demand, returns are generally not accepted for sizing errors.
  • Quality Assurance: If there is a manufacturer defect or printing error, customers should contact us to initiate a resolution.


6. Legal & General Policies

  • These terms are subject to change at any time.
  • In addition to these store-specific terms, our standard company policies apply to all transactions:
  • LP Custom Tees reserves the right to deactivate stores that have zero sales activity for a period of six (6) consecutive months.
